Spirit House Echo Park is a vibe

The new Spirit House Echo Park is not only a candle-lit cocktail bar, but also a live music venue tucked behind a red curtain at the rear of Sticky Rice. Serial restauranteurs and Spirit House owners David Tewasart and Bryan Sharafkhah-Sharp’s goal was to build a classic, Thai-themed cocktail bar menu with tropical or lesser-known drinks. Not a single martini, old fashioned, or negroni is in sight. They’ll also host live music every week with local musicians and DJs Sunday through Thursday from 6 p.m. until midnight, and until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.
